At versatileversatile, returns are as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund you. So, we have you covered! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Return Process
1. Contact Us
– Contact us (Email: [email protected] or WhatsApp: +44 7518499455) and describe the item you are returning and the reason for the return. Please attach photos of the quality issues.
2. Take Advice
– Provide professional advice. Our service team will provide you with detailed guidance.
3. Returns
– Place the item in its original packaging and send it via your local post office.
4. Refund or Exchange
– Once we receive your package, we will immediately process a refund or exchange according to the return conditions.
Please note:
1. We do not accept returns without notifying us first via email (email: [email protected] or WhatsApp: +44 7518499455).
2. Return address Please contact the customer service team to provide you with the correct return address.
3. No refund will be given if the order is returned without a return address authorized by customer service.
4. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. (For example: the page or collection name is marked with "Clearance", or the product name is marked with "Clearance")
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:
1. Defective items are damaged/broken or dirty upon arrival.
2. Items received are the wrong size/color.
3. Items that have not been washed or used within 30 days of receipt and do not meet your expectations (keep the security label for return).
Non-returnable items
We will not accept returns for the following:
1. Items that are out of the 30-day warranty period.
2. Washed or used.
Returns
1. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept any items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered.
3. For handmade products, we will not accept returns without evaluation or approval by our returns staff. Please be sure to check your return with our staff first.
Refunds
1.Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer a certain amount of money to your credit card or original payment method within 7-15 days.
2.If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
3. We do not offer freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Shipping charges for return packages are not refundable. versatileversatile cannot refund, reimburse, insure, or otherwise bear any charges that are not paid to versatileversatile. This includes any customs duties or VAT and any return shipping charges you may incur during the refund process.
4. Please be sure to carefully inspect the returned merchandise before sending it out. We are not responsible for returns.
Return Shipping Cost and Address
1. Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to obtain the specific return address!
2. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you carefully check the size and color information and confirm all order details before placing an order by courier.
3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered mail method.
Order Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, delivery address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be easily changed. If you want to cancel the order, please send an email to [email protected] or WhatsApp: +44 7518499455. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
1. If the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after the order is placed, an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged.
2. No cancellation will be accepted after 3 days of the order (manual production starts and cannot be changed).

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the return shipping fee, and the specific fee shall be subject to the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
